1. Eligibility Window (3-Day Limit)Customers have a maximum of 3 days from the exact date and time of successful delivery to raise a return or replacement request.Requests placed after the 3-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Valid Reason for ReturnReturns are only accepted if there is a valid and verifiable reason, such as:
Receiving a physically damaged, broken, or leaking product.Receiving an incorrect product (different from what was ordered).Receiving an expired product.Clear photographic or video proof of the unboxing and the defective product must be shared at the time of raising the request.
3. Strict Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable ConditionsTo maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards,
products cannot be returned or refunded if:
The safety seal, outer plastic wrap, or product cap/lid has been opened, broken, or tampered with. Once a product's seal is broken, it is strictly non-returnable and ineligible for a refund.The product has been used, tested, or altered by the customer.The request is made after the 3-day return window has expired.Damage occurs due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
4. Refund ProcessOnce your return request is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank account/UPI) within 5–7 working days.Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. CancellationsOrders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may apply for a return subject to the conditions above upon delivery.
